Surrayya Afzal is the Principal Broker of Mortgage Squad Advisors and the person who built the brokerage from a single Vaughan storefront into a technology-forward mortgage practice. She has been licensed under the MBLAA in Ontario since 2010 and holds FSRA licence #M14001433.
