Surrayya Afzal

Surrayya Afzal is the Principal Broker of Mortgage Squad Advisors and the person who built the brokerage from a single Vaughan storefront into one of Canada's most technology-forward mortgage practices. She has been licensed under the MBLAA since 2010 and holds FSRA licence #M14001433.

Surrayya personally oversees the agent training program at Mortgage Squad Advisors Academy — live sessions on weekdays and weekends rather than a recorded library — and works new agents' early files with them. She continues to carry her own client book alongside running the brokerage, specialising in first-time buyers, investors, commercial financing, and private and alternative lending.
