Is the payment math accurate for Canada?

Yes. It uses Canadian semi-annual compounding — the legally required compounding method for fixed-rate Canadian mortgages — the same calculation engine behind our main mortgage payment calculator.

Can I customise the width or appearance of the calculator?

You can set any width you like — the widget reflows responsively up to a maximum of 480px. For deeper customisation or a branded widget, contact us about a custom embed solution.
