Equity, not just score, decides the Kelowna answer
Bruised credit narrows the lender list; it rarely closes the door. B-lenders accept Beacon scores from around 500 with an equity-supported file, and private lenders are largely score-agnostic — they underwrite the equity in your Kelowna home, not your past.
